Shipping Policy


1.    What locations do you deliver currently?

We currently deliver all over Chennai.


2.    When can I expect my orders to be delivered?

For all products that are “INSTOCK”, we generally dispatch your order within 72 hours of Order confirmation. In some cases, it may take longer to process the orders due to non-availability of stocks or procurement delays.

All our products are transported and delivered by the JFA Delivery Team. We make all efforts to deliver your orders within the estimated delivery time mentioned on the product page.


3.    What should I do if I haven’t received my orders within the estimated delivery date?

 We make sure to deliver all our products within the provided delivery dates. However, due to some unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays in delivery. In the case of delays, we will communicate to you the status of your shipment by calls or email. In the rare case that you have not received any communication from us, you can contact our customer care team and get in touch with us to know the status of your shipments.


4.    What are the Shipping Charges?

There are no shipping charges applicable and all our shipments are free.


5.    Are there any Additional charges?

You don’t have to pay any additional charges. All additional charges like Taxes are included in the price of the item.


6.    How can I track my Orders?

We make all efforts to deliver our orders within the delivery time mentioned for each product. However, you can check the status of your orders by calling us or sending an email to hello@ec2-54-175-225-114.compute-1.amazonaws.com


7.    Can I receive my Orders at a different address?

Yes, you can mention a shipping address that is different from your billing address.


8.    What is my responsibility on receiving the product?

After receiving the product, it is the responsibility of the customer to check the product for any defects, damages, breakages, cracks, chip-offs, unfinished patches, or borer / insect infestations.


9.    What should I do in case the product I have received is damaged?

All our products pass through stringent quality control measures to ensure that all our products maintain high-quality standards. However, if you have received any product in a damaged condition, do not accept the delivery of the product from our delivery personnel. Please write to us @ returns@ec2-54-175-225-114.compute-1.amazonaws.com or call us at 044-46795579 to register our return request we shall ship you a replacement product.


10.   What If I am not available at home at the time of delivery?

Our delivery team will call and inform you before making the delivery at your place. If however, for any reasons if you are not available at the time of delivery, please make an alternate delivery arrangement.


11.   Can I change my shipping address after placing my Order?

Please call our customer care team at 044-46795579 and provide your new shipping address.


12.   Do you provide product installation services?

Yes, if the item requires assistance for assembly, we provide free installations services. For products that can be self-assembled, we provide a manual to help you with self-assembly.
